Back East Herringbone Chino (No. T1804). We combined two of our great signature ingredients: Herringbone fabric cut and sewn into the same classic chino fit of our Covent Garden Chino (here). Waistband constructed with hidden elastic stretch tabs at the sides, allowing up to 3” of expansion on the days where you need a little more give. Zip fly. Antique brass buttons. Unlined (so soft, you don’t need it). Available inseams: 30, 32, 34. Imported.

i love these pants. i’ve ordered (or, rather, my wife has ordered) 5 of the “back east” suits over the years, and although my life doesn’t often call for 3 piece suits -i make more excuses to wear them as the years go by. with their classic details and warm lining, these pieces are staples of my wardrobe throughout the long autumn and winter seasons here in connecticut. and through the winter these are the pants i’ve come to reach for on a nearly daily basis. machine washable? sold. i think that if more clothiers took the time to make “the right choice” and “the easy choice” line up, our culture and public spaces would be forever changed.
