The bodice was too boxy. This dress is not for ladies with bigger busts.

Beautiful. I wasn’t sure a small would fit but it does-with a little alteration to the sleeves. I could not wear a medium because it would not fit the rest of me.

It’s a very nice modest dress however it is extremely chaste and that’s saying something considering I like modest clothing. It is matronly. The v-neck is too high and the sleeves were too snug on my arms there is no given on the sleeves. The dress comes to ankle length not floor length and I am 5’2 and 135lbs. I typically wear a size 4p and a 30G bra. I ordered the small. There are no pockets. There are no zippers or buttons it is a pull over the top of the head dress. The black chiffon overlay is slit up the front and embellished with rhinestones the back part is also slit but doesn’t have rhinestones. In short; the dress is much fancier and whimsical looking online but on the body it just doesn’t translate well at least not on me. It is beautifully crafted. It is also an empire waistline surprisingly as the photo shows it is a normal waistline. I do not care for empire waistline coupled with the very high neckline. It just all felt too stiff and matronly to me.
