The head is drop-forged high-carbon steel, heated and quenched in oil, tempered to a mid-50s Rockwell-scale hardness. Guaranteed for life, it’s sharpened and polished by hand. 28”L handle is premium American hickory. Leather sheath (not shown) included. American-made. 3 1/2 lbs.
